Receive SMS abroad (no access to SIM)

Hi, I’m currently in trouble. My EE number was used to register for an app some 5/6 years ago. Unfortunately, I have since left the UK and have now been prompted by the app to input a code sent via SMS to my old EE number. I called the old number which went to my voicemail.
I am only able to access my online EE account

Please what can I do?

@Carli_a   Unless you have that SIM there not much you can do except request a replacement SIM card by calling customer service and then that sim will be delivered to your UK address and someone will then have to activate that sim in the UK and then post it to you.     EE do not post overseas.

Your best bet is to contact the developer of that app and have your phone number/account reset so you can use a different number.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
