Its been 48 hours EE hasnt been able to port my number. Biggest mistake ive made joining EE. I work from home as a home agent and everyday i get a code sent to my number for me to be able to log in to remote work systems and need my number for work but been 48 hours still no luck on app shows the correct number spoken to EE advisor said it will be done on 5th December 2022 by midnight its now 8th December 2022. What help can EE provide.

What phone are you using?

Has your SIM on your previous network stopped working?

Hi Jon

I've spoken to IT support Level 2 on EE they said the porting wasn't done properly so will need to wait another 24 hours now.

 

They will call me back tomorrow at 9am to see if the portings completed. Fingers crossed it works this time round.
