It's over 24 hours and my number still hasn't transferred

I gave EE my pac code over 24 hours ago and my number still hasn't transferred.  I've waiting for over an hour to talk to someone at EE

What time did you request the number to transfer?

I've since found out that my number has now transferred from o2 and they’ve closed my account.  However, my phone still is t working.  EE have said they’ve had technical issues, hoping it’ll be okay by tomorrow.  If not I’ll be back in the phone to them.  Really losing the will with it all

I have exactly the same issue. Ee care said there are 40,000 activations stuck in their system. Problem is, we don’t know if we are stuck or in a fault.

and all they do is say to wait.

I just did that - no difference at all. My eSim has not activated.

God knows how much business I’ve lost.
