Sim card number

I changed to you recently and wanted to keep my old number which you did change for me but people are getting texts from me with the original sim number and so they don't no who sent the textswhy is this happening

Resolved! New number to PAC

Hello, I am planning to come to EE now as my old contract with Vodafone is finishing in few months. If I get a new contract with EE now, will I be able to get my old number from Vodafone in few month time when my Vodafone contract expires?

New SIM won’t make calls

I recently got a new SIM and I can’t make any calls. I can use data etc but calls don’t work. How can I sort this? I can’t call the support number

PAC

I ordered a second contract and provided a PAC code to bring a number over to EE at the time of order, but it’s not transferred. The network the number is currently on are saying there’s a delay in transfer. Why is this?

I can't active my new sim cause I haven't the old one I change my phone and I haven't access to it any more
