Hi,
I have you my PAC code to transfer my mobile number a week ago and I’m still waiting for this to be actioned. How long will it take to transfer my number? The guidance was 3 working days, which has passed already.

Welcome to the EE Community,
If you call customer services on 150 they will be able to check the status of your port in request.

Thanks for your response David.
My question was how long should it take, not what is the status of my transfer.
I’m not currently using my EE sim because the number hasn’t been transferred so am unable to call 150 to ask. I also shouldn’t need to chase this. EE are a big enough company that I would expect this process to work without me needing to chase it up.

@Chrisnix usually if it's requested before 5:30 it takes one working day.
