Sim card

Hello. Today I received a sim card for which I paid £ 20. Unfortunately, there is £ 0 on the card and I cannot activate the card in the application. It types in serial number etc but nothing helps

Sim delivery

I bought a sim only contract on Tuesday night via online. I need this sim before Sunday. Is it possible to get my sim before Sunday?  If it’s not possible,  can I cancel the order?

Hello, when I put my phone number in , it says there's already an account for this number, how can I change it to mine !!
