Switching to Esim abroad

I have gotten a new phone (Google Pixel) while abroad and want to switch my PAYG sim from physical to ESim as I need the physical slot for another sim. When I go into my EE app, there is no way to do this. Is it even possible?

Hello. Today I received a sim card for which I paid £ 20. Unfortunately, there is £ 0 on the card and I cannot activate the card in the application. It types in serial number etc but nothing helps

Sim delivery

I bought a sim only contract on Tuesday night via online. I need this sim before Sunday. Is it possible to get my sim before Sunday?  If it’s not possible,  can I cancel the order?
