Hiya,

I've had 2 phone contracts with EE, I have a sim only one ending in March and a Phone & Sim one ending in May. I want to keep the sim only number and cancel the sim & phone one, is there any way to do this without having to wait til May?

Thanks 🙂

Hi @l3ahr0berts.

I would recommend giving us a call and our customer care team can look at all your available options.

I don't see how this can work.

EE won't swap pay-monthly numbers between phones, this is classed as an upgrade. You would need to port one number either to PAYG or another network (via a PAC) for this to work, and as soon as you do this on a line that is still under minimum term, you will incur early termination fees.

You could port the SIM-Only one ending in March to another network at that time & then port it back to the other line. Then in May upgrade it to SIM-Only.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
