PAC

I activated my SIM card yesterday and am still waiting for my old number to be applied. I understood this would take 24 hours. Should I continue to wait or is this likely to require some kind of action on my part? Thank.

Mobile transfer

I have to transfer my mobile from BT to EE.BT gave me a PAC, but the EE website doesn't recognise it. There seems to be no one I can talk to to sort out this very minor problem.Has anyone found a way?
