Number hasn’t transferred

Hello, 

 

I recently sent my PAC code to EE to transfer my number to my new sim and got the confirmation email to say it would be done within a few working days. 

It has been a week and a half but my number still hasn’t transferred over. 

I have followed all the tips and have done what EE have said to do but it’s not working.

If you have submitted the online form to transfer your number to EE and received confirmation we have this then this will be getting processed.

 

If this has passed the timescale provided, please give us a call so our mobile care team can chase this for you.

I'm having the exact same issue. Used PAC code from 3 to transfer across to my new EE mobile over a week ago, received the same confirmation it would be done within 2-3 days.

 

Still doesn't seem to have activated and I am not receiving any texts or calls through to the new phone.

 

Help!! 😖

Yep same issue here, got the confirmation email right away but no sign of number being transferred yet.

 

 

Nor has mine  either. I've been waiting a week also!

Hi, I entered my PAC code on the system for my number to be transferred from three to EE on Friday at 12pm. It said it would take 1 working day, yet nothing has happen!?

Just spoke to a lovely guy from EE on the phone, the delays on number porting are understandably because of everything that is going at the moment. He ported my number across on the phone for me there and then, for some reason on the system it wont let it go across til 14th April but all good, so just a heads up for everyone with same issue.

 

 

I’ve just phone and everything has been sorted and my number has been ported across. However because of the bank holiday weekend it won’t start or finish until 14th! He was great!

Yep I rang this morning and it’s all sorted. Didn’t take that long to get through either
