New Sim card

Hi, I'm i received my new sim card and am trying to activate it. When I put my card into the phone, it is telling me "not registered on network"....because of that I can't receive the text message from EE with pin number!! Anybody help me please??

Sim card issue: no service

Hi I am trying to set up new sim in my iPhone and it still says no service.(My iPhone is not from EE).In addition, when I purchased this SIM card, I applied to keep my old phone number and submit the pac number.

Resolved! Phone number transfer gone wrong

I have moved from bt to ee with 3 family mobiles. All numbers have transferred as my number so the 3 of us all have the same phone number on our new ee sims. How do I sort

New sim no service

I've just upgraded, new sim same number. New phone is just saying no service. I followed the link and believe its activated. Old phone is still working as it was.

No service

Hi, I got a new phone delivered and I’ve changed to my new SIM card and activated it. But my new phone is just saying no service. Any ideas at all? Thankyou
