Hi!

where can i purchase an ee e-sim from? Is it necessary to visit the branch or can i just get the e-sim online?

@AD20011 An eSim is built to a device you can not purchase one.  You need a EE SIM card first as you have to move that information from a physical sim to the esim.  

 What device are you wanting to use ?  
and are you on contract as eSims are not supported on PAYG.
