Not able to access my account

I have port my o2 number to ee today.

I tried to register my account today. I created my profile but when I tried to add mobile device it is giving me an error

 

Any suggestions?

Which error message are you seeing? Are you using your temporary EE number, rather than the number you'll be transferring?
