Urgent: Pay As You Go SIM Roaming Blocked in Pakistan

Hi,

I recently activated my EE Pay As You Go SIM, but as soon as I brought it to Pakistan, it stopped connecting to the network and now shows "Network registration failed" or "Emergency Calls Only".

My EE Mobile Number is: ***********
My SIM Serial Number (ICCID) is: *****************

Could you please check my account and manually remove any security block or fraud hold on my roaming? I am currently abroad and urgently need to receive SMS and verification codes on this number.

Thank you.

How did you activate this SIM & where were you when you did it?

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I am in Pakistan.

The SIM was already activated when I received it here, and it briefly caught Jazz network signals and I even registered on the My EE App. But shortly after, it failed network registration. Since I cannot make international calls from here without signals, is there an official email address, live chat link, or social media handle where I can reach official EE Customer Service to fix this?

How was it already activated, by whom & where was it when they did it? How do you know?

There is no email contact. There is no Live Chat for PAYG.

@hanzlakamboh : Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
