Resolved! Upgraded contract esim

 hiI’m currently using an esim and have just upgraded my contract. Will I have to use another esim or will the current one continue to work with the new contract (it’s the same mobile number)Thanks

Sim not provisioned

I git my new phone upgrade yesterday which came with a new sim but same number. I have activated it by the instructions on the letter but now my old sim and new sim bith say sim not provisioned and I can't make or recieve calls text or data

5G accessibility

Hi,I wanted to know why my 5G isn’t working. I have an iPhone 12 pro Max and an EE sim with over 100mb on it and I am in an area that has 5G coverage however I cannot get connected to 5G please help
