Hi can anyone help! It’s been really difficult trying to sort my upgrade due to me getting my contract out with rewards mobile to receive my NHS discount- my phone is due for an upgrade but it won’t let me use my PAC to upgrade through rewards mobile as it is a third party (despite the contract still being with EE)? Does anyone know how I can go about getting a new contract out with EE but still getting my rewards discount and keeping the same number?

@Rosiea12   A PAC code is to change networks and can not be used within the same network.  

are you 100% sure you are upgrading with that 3d party seller as it sounds like your taking out a new contract and that’s not an upgrade. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Ah that makes sense thank you. I want to upgrade but I’m not sure how I go
about it as if I upgrade with ee I won’t receive my NHS discount - for
example I can get a contract with EE through rewards mobile for £34 a month
where as EE are offering the same for £76 a month - so I’m assuming it’s
not possible to just get a new contract out with EE though rewards mobile
and just transfer the number?
