I tried putting the sim card back into my old phone but it just says no survice once it is put in. anyone have any ideas on what to do here? thanks

@Tylerja113  Where did you get this device from ? Are you on contract or PAYG ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

got the device from my local ee shop today, and im on a contract

@Tylerja113  And you get that message the moment you put your SIM card in to that device?   If you answer yes to that then you need to go back to the shop and show them this as it should do that at all.

no, i put the sim card in and i saw it say no survace at the top, went into my mobile data settings and that is when it pops up with the message. It also shows my number and a '(2)' next to it. which implies that the number is already connect to 2 other phones. I thought maybe it was something to do with the data transfer maybe converting to an ESIM but i cant find anything that proves that.

Hi @Tylerja113,

Did you ever use an eSIM with your old phone?
