I haven't upgraded my phone for about a decade and a half so I'm going from a non smart phone with what is technically a Standard Orange branded SIM card to a Google Pixel 6A, I wanted to go for an esim but the link on the E-SIM page just redirects me to a replace your SIM/eSIM page with no indication of what type of card I will be getting from this service only that they will charge me £1.50. The buy a new SIM card link also redirects me to the exact same page. Does anybody know what type of SIM card I will be getting from this. If its a nano then that's fine but obviously if I just get a standard card then thats no good.

@ExcessButter , the physical SIM card is a multi SIM card, where you just press out the size you need. I certainly would advise getting a new SIM card if you have had the old one so long, especially if you want it to work with 5G, as one that old will not work, not even sure if your original would work with 4G, as that is a very old SIM card.
If you want to use an ESim, then you can do that via the My EE App, where you click at the top right and then go to settings and scroll down to device and sim. You can also do this by logging into your account online.

If you're on PAYG you can't get an eSIM.
