And now I can’t even phone we because I have to physically call them even though THEIR esim disabled my ability to call and surprise surprise, their chat isn’t working again. So what now?? Pay all this money and can’t use my Damn phone??
if all you have to say is “go into the store”. It’s 8pm and I need to use my phone now. Ee is ridiculous

Also, zero info on google or on the ee forums. Useless. I feel like I might return this phone and leave ee. Constant problems

What was the reason for converting your SIM from physical to e-SIM in the first place?
What you pay doesn't have any bearing on the level of service you receive, but it's correct that you can't have 2 SIMs active on one number simultaneously.

When transferring phone data it offered to transfer the sim over as eaim so I clicked yes.
then the phone said I couldn’t do it and it just blocked my actual sim anyway.
