I had a pay as you go sim. I was told that I was going to lose some connectivity for that sim, so I got a new sim from the supermarket. I was hoping I will be able to move my existing number to that new sim. But this seems to be a difficult thing to do. Not sure how you do it. I thought it be easy as it's easy to move your number to and from networks.

Don't worry to much about the options @MrW93, any agent will be able to help you with this.
Just select the options that closest match your query.
