I've ordered multiple replacement sims for my current number as for some reason my current sim has stopped receiving texts, and calls and is on "Emergency Calls only". The sim was working perfectly fine and out of nowhere just started doing that and had no connection, I cannot make or receive texts or calls.
I've ordered replacement sims last year, and this year (Paid), and absolutely 0 have arrived. I talked about this issue before through the online help center (text) and a little later my issue was solved but that center has been gone now and I have no other way of contact as I cannot call, it's ridiculous. I have no idea why this is happening, what's causing it or why it was suddenly fixed after I complained but please I'd like some help or information on why every sim card I order is NEVER delivered.

Hi @Removers,
Your old SIM should only be disconnected when ordering a replacement for a lost or stolen SIM.
As you haven't received SIM cards you have ordered in the past, I'd recommend contacting Customer Care so we can make sure your address is up to date and in the correct format.
