@Abbiemeade19 if you’re a contract customer, you can set up the eSim via the my EE app. Click the person icon top right then click Settings and permissions then scroll down to activate sim/eSim.
eSims are not available to PAYG customers.
You need a working EE sim first in the device.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
