I ordered a new 5g sim but it didn't arrive

Hi,

 

I ordered a new 5g sim but it didn't arrive. Now the problem is my old 4g sim has stopped working. And i do not how to contact Customer Care for EE. Also, i didn't receive any email on how to track the new 5G Sim Delivery / Order Details etc.

Can i reach out to them by any chat service ? since i cannot call them because of my sim being deactivated. 

@SolitaryCyborg , when did you order the new SIM card, as they are sent out by second class post?

If you have Skype, you can ring them for free or you can go into an EE high street store with ID and they can provide you with a replacement SIM card.
