Hi
I lost my phone last week, have no other means of communication. I went into the Swindon branch to get a new one and they coudl not do it in store, so they ordered one. It was meant to arrive next day - this was last Wednesday/Thursday.
How can I email EE to check on this??

EE have no published email address for CS.
Replacement SIMs are sent by Royal Mail second-class post, although it's unusual that a retail store couldn't supply one in-store.

Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear that your SIM was lost. As @bristolian said, the SIM cards are sent through Royal Mail, so usually arrive within four days.
Did the store staff say why the SIM couldn't be replaced in store?

I'm not sure if they maybe had a problem in store that day, but you can definitely get replacement SIM cards in store, @Keejteej.
Hopefully, it arrives soon for you. Let us know what happens please.
