Hi my sim has been blocked and I need a PUK code, the info does not match up with what’s on my ee account and of course I can’t call ee, my partner has tried ringing off his phone but still no help, any idea how to get a code

Problem when porting.

I have a Lebara sim and planning to use this number to my newly arrived EE Sim. But when I try to port it shows this. I used the correct pac code. Hope you can help me.

Transferring number

Anyone know why my PAC code is working. I contacted O2 and received a Pac code 5 days ago so it is still valid however doesn't work
