sim porting

i ported my number from O2 to EE online on the 22-08-2025 and it says the sim will be delivered in 2 working days,but with the bank holidays coming up on the 25th of august. is it possible that i collect the sim in store instead of waiting for the delivery

That is normal @Juni_Gill. The SIM will be set up and activated when it is on the way to you, and then you'll need to put it in a phone to fully activate it..

Once you have the SIM and it is up and running, the information you see in the EE account will also update.

When i log into my ee account it says your account is still being set up and you will see better deals once its done and it has been 24 hours since I am seeing this notification.
