eSIM transfer

Hi

I have upgraded my iPhone and my eSIM has not updated. Because its a work phone eSIM it can't link me on my ee account, anyone had a similar issue and know how to resolve?

@SarahGoddard79  Does the old device still work with the eSIM ?  If not you’ll have to ask the account owner to call customer support to sort this.
