Hi All!
Is anyone able to advise why my sim stopped working please?
Last Friday I managed to upgrade my EE contract and order new sim card which should come today. Last night I put old card in new phone and all been working but after 9pm signal switched off.
Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks for coming here.
Did you order a replacement SIM card or request one when you upgraded?
Depending on who the SIM was ordered, this may arrive pre-registered which would disable the existing SIM card for the new one to work when delivered.

I still didn't receive replacement and I'm not sure if will be with me today 100% .
I really don't want stay without phone 😞

Hi @Krzesislawa
If you have an EE Store near you, they can issue a replacement SIM card with the same number if you take photo ID with you.

Thank you for advising. I'm not sure if I'll have enough time so fingers crossed for Royal Mail.
Such a shame old is switched off already and no one awarded me about that before but still I would like to say massive Thank You for your help. I'm not worry no more.
