Unlocking a Sim

I have lost my old phone and ordered a new Sim but it wont let me activate it. The unlock pin comes up and i enter it and it goes back to no service straight away. Any suggestions

Hi, I’d like to protect my SIM card with a PIN code. Is my phone unlock code the same as my sim code? Is there a default code? Cheers 

Resolved! Leaving EE to go to another provider.

I am leaving EE today.  I now have no service as expected and using the same number with PAC code but new SIM not recognised as the Number has not been released from provider service and therefore now no can call me.  When will my old number be relea...

Resolved! ESim for month to month plan

Hi, I am studying abroad in the UK for the next 6 months. My iPhone from the US does not have a physical SIM card insert, so I was wondering if I would be able to activate and use an ESIM if I bought a month to month SIM card plan?
