I. Have a s22 and put a pin lock on it and forgot it how do I get back into it so I can change pin so I can change pin and back on mobile any help would be well appreciated

Hii transferee over from BT. I’ve got my pac code and finally my new sim but don’t know how to transfer my number over. can someone please help as I don’t want to screw this up

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. My phone supports dual sim (there are 2 sim's showing in phone info). However, the option to add mobile plan is missing in sim manager. How do I rectify this?
