I spoke to BT and subsequently received 4 x EE sims for my family.
I've had no communication from EE, I cannot set up an account online. When does my family put the sims in? When does it transfer? Numbers are supposed to transfer too, when does this happen?
All 4 mobile accounts are still showing on the BT website.

Did you give us the PAC for all four numbers to transfer them over?
When did you get the EE SIM cards?

EE sims arrived last Saturday but not put them in yet as was waiting to
hear from EE or BT about it.
BT said to ignore the PAC codes and it will just switch over!! Does my
brother just put his new card in and it will switch?

Yes you should put the new SIM cards in to activate them.
If they don't work within 24 hours, you'll need to speak with our Customer Care team.
