SIM card still not activating

Hi there, 

 

I am about at the end of what I can take with this SIM card. I accidentally pressed ESIM when setting up on this phone, was told I had deactivated my sim. Ordered a new sim, told it would be 24 hours. 24 hours pass, still no service. Then I get told it will be done in 1 hour at 9pm. I’m writing this at half 10 after numerous times switching the phone of and on and STILL nothing. I feel like cancelling my contract as getting through to anyone is an absolute nightmare and keep getting the same answer with no outcome. Can somebody please help.

@Charlb27  If you requested a replacement sim then that sim will be posted to you.  You can not use the old sim as it’s now deactivated and useless.

yes they sent me a new one put, this is the one I’m having an issue with. They’ve now said it won’t be until 10am tomorrow, despite being told the same thing 3 days ago!
