Not recognising my SIM

Over the last two weeks I was getting cut off mid call. Was unsure if it was mine/other caller?

The past 24 hours my SIM is not being recognised. Can't receive/make calls, only uses Wi-fi so can't use it out and about.

Cache is cleared, diagnostic test run, taken out SIM ect but issue is still there.....please assist?!

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?
