My phone isn’t recognising my SIM card and displays ‘no sim’. I took my phone into an EE store and have been told I need a replacement SIM card. They couldn’t do this in store because I didn’t have physical ID, only a photograph. I can not call EE as my phone isn’t working, is there another way to make contact to arrange a replacement SIM ie a chat method or email.
thanks in advance

You can contact EE-CS using any working phone, on 07953 966150 - it doesn't need to be an EE line, or a mobile.
Alternatively, you may be able to use Skype to contact +44 800 9566000 from any WiFi-connection.

EE have no WhatsApp or email contact. Skype should be a free download.
