Hi,
I'm trying to switch from EE to a new provider but the PAC code is not recognised on the new providers' site. I spoke with their CS, who said it is not a valid code. I went through the process again and was issued the same PAC code (today). I've been trying to get through to EE but that hasn't been possible. Anyone any suggestions? Is there a chat page on the EE site that I can't find?

You would need to contact Customer Service team, who can cancel the current PAC code and generate a new one Contact Us | Help & Support | EE
