Hello, when I put my phone number in , it says there's already an account for this number, how can I change it to mine !!

BOUGHT a sim card last week

 Hi, I sim card last week because I'm moving to EE and I still don't have news about where is it right now. I bought it 6 days ago, where could I call? Or can anybody help me?  Thanks
