Ordered new replacement SIM as the old SIM was damaged. Got the new sim put in handset but it is saying SIM not provisioned and when I call the number it says calls are not currently being connected to this number.
When I have tried to activate the SIM it asks for the old one so that a message can be sent, the old one is un-usable so I cannot activate this way.
What can I do to get this number working please the line has been off for a month or so now as we needed to repair the phone/

If you're unable to activate your SIM online, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
They'll be able to run through security checks and register this for you.
