Hi,

I moved 4 phone numbers from EE last month to Virgin using the PAC codes and they are working fine. We are now getting messages to say the numbers will be discountinued in 5 days. Can someone advise me why we are getting this message- what does it mean? Can't get through to speak to anyone at EE.

Thanks

If the nos. have got as far as VM you shouldn't lose them.

Did you port to VM before your min. term was up? If so, maybe EE are just seeing out the term of the contract. PACs only allow you to forgo any notice period when you port them on or after the min. term.

Thanks for your reply. That's reassuring

We were on a monthly rolling contract after the contract ran out but we did move them over mid month.

The phone numbers we moved over are working fine so maybe nothing to worry about.

You shouldn't need to give notice in that case.
