I’ve switched networks and provided ee with my pac code from o2. 24 hrs and old number still not transferred for calls but fine with WhatsApp. What do I need to do?

WhatsApp is just an app, and doesn't route "calls" in the same way as calls & texts do - it doesn't prove anything, basically.
Have you received the text from EE to advise of your number being ported? When exactly did you give your PAC to EE?

Same here. I received my new EE sim yesterday that I ordered the day before. I actually provided EE with my PAC when I ordered my sim. Number still not ported. When I want to fill out the form on the EE website to transfer my old number it does not accept my PAC.

Have you already given us your PAC or is it not being accepted first time?
If you've already given us your PAC, it won't be accepted again as it will be in progress.

I'd recommend calling our Customer Care team about this.
They'll be able to update you on the progress of your number port.
