I was transferring 2 sims over to another provider. I received the pac codes ok online and a pin which one phone received but I have yet to receive it to the 2nd phone. I'm stuck now as I can't use the new sim without the pin as it's locked the phone so I've had to put the EE sim back in it. How do I generate a pin text on that 2nd phone?

I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team. They should be able to give you the PAC.

I received my PAC ok. I ended up calling my new supplier. The mobile is now locked. I cannot unlock it. EE help pages suggest getting a IMEI number to unlock so I did...and it didn't work. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place switching from EE to Three. The saga continues.....

Is your handset currently locked to EE?
