Despite several previous answers to similar posts I am unable to find the choice of unblock my phone as I don’t know where account settings is - I am online from another phone after putting in the incorrect SIM and my phone got locked . I am also abroad in the USA so cannot easily phone EE - please help I am desperate to get my phone in working order while traveling

Follow this link to your My EE account settings, it should be listed there.

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.

The Menu is to be found at Top L on the landing or My EE Mobile page of your online MyEE, looking like (mine happens to be PAYG):

A/c Settings lead to:
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
