Can't transfer old number

I have two separate mobile phones and would like to keep the both of them can I add an additional mobile number to my online account without deleting my other mobile number.  

Help with number

I bought a new simm as I lost the old one, I put it in my phone and topped up, when nothing came up I looked and seen it went on my old number. Can any one help me to change my number to the new one ?
