Resolved! need a new SIM

I lost my phone, EE tells me to call them them right? funny thing is, i lost my phone so i call call them about loosing my phone... anyways, i bought a new one and just need a new SIM card with the same number, i have already talked to someone online...

Locked sim

I've locked my sim then I unlocked it by using my PUK code but now it's locked again and when I put my PUK code it said it's wrong, it asked for a pin but I thought that was the pin 

Pac code

I've got a pac code from my mobile provider and I've put it into ee as I want keep my old number this is what it saysPlease make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC.

Getting no connections

My number is 2 years old or so. Just got my s23 ultra and all was working fine until I try adding an esim to it. Once I did this I have no connection at all to either sim not esim. And I cannot call 150. I cant do anything network oriented. Thankfull...

my iphone will not show that the EE sim i bought is in, no matter what i do it still comes up with no service so i cannot make calls or receive text messages. 

Transferring from vodafone

Hi, I transferred from Vodafone to EE a few weeks ago but my EE mobile plan is not working. I cannot make calls, texts or use any data. Hope this can be resolved ASAP  ThanksJennifer
