Activating sim

I just got my replacement sim today as my old one was dead, have tried to set it up & it’s asking for a text with the activation pin however, I can’t see this text because my phone has no service.

How am I supposed to activate it?

You should contact EE C/S from any working phone (use 0800 0798586) who can complete the SIM-swap for you.
