How do I activate my new sim card

@MrTony1  It can take up to 24 hours for a SIM card to activate.  Try restarting the device a few times as this can help push this along.   SIM cards are normally activated within 4 hours. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It is saying no service

It is saying no service but on the letter it came with it just said i can use it straight away 

Can anyone help me I have received a new sim card and it is saying no service on my phone and the letter it came is saying for me to just put it in my phone and it will work with saying it saying it is already activate I have followed the instructions on the letter and still nothing

Why did you get a new SIM? Is it a replacement? Have you upgraded? Or is it a brand new connection?

Something was wrong with my old sim and then sent me a new one

It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if it's registered already. They'll be able to register it manually if it isn't.
