Transferring number from EE to 02

I have transferred my EE number to 02. I can make calls and text but no one can call or text me back. 02 are useless, it’s been 5 days of complaining now. I wish I’d stayed with EE.

SIM upgrade

I want to upgrade my EE SIM to the 25gb SIM but at the checkout it's say's EE multi SIM so I was a bit reluctant to go ahead just incase I get charged for 2 SIMs.
