Unable to receive calls from Vodafone network

I have not been able to receive any calls from Vodafone since mid last year when my line was accidentally ported over to Vodafone.I am miss a lot of corporate  and business call as a result of this.Could you please help to resolve this?Regards

Sim order

Hi, ordered a sim  on contract and ive received an order confirmation saying successful order and I'll get an sms once my order has been dispatched. Does it mean that it's gone through 100%?
