I changed network providers sent PAC to port number over to EE, yesterday my O2 stopped working and I inserted my EE sim it shows EE on the screen and signal including 3G but I am unable to make or receive calls, if I make a call to a known number it says number not recognised.

Welcome to the community.
I would recommend contacting our customer care team who can confirm if the number port has completed. If it has the team can do a network refresh which should resolve this for you.
