No network

I recently damaged my old phone where it he screen stopped working. I remotely erased the phone before sending it away to get repaired. I’m now using an old phone and it says no SIM card installed and network unavailable.

I have tried two different phones and they both come up with the same problem. 

do I need to order a new SIM card or can I reactivate my current one?

Thanks for coming here. 

If you call us from another phone on 07953 966 150 our mobile care team can send you a replacement SIM card with the same number, or, if you have an EE Store near you please pop in with photo ID and they can get you set up with a replacement SIM.
