EE change over from BT

Cost went up within a couple weeks change over to my set amount.  We continue to get strange things happening on phone.  My son and wife had strange things happen texting messages,  she sent messages to him and replies came back from complete different numbers, she was very concerned.  They able to see the messages when my son got home to compare.  I have had wrong messages and calls coming in also.  Even had a message saying friend called that hadn’t.

our Broadband been intermittent also.  The other thing is, what is all this Data carryon? We have unlimited to calls etc,  I use same and others same way every month yet,  this month my Data almost out and two weeks to go.

 I refuse to pay anymore to this EE if they put extra charge for two weeks on that.  Not pleased and sorry have a. 24mnth contract yet I did not sign anything on paper just put over from BT.
