No mobile data after switching to EE

Hi, I have just switched from Three to EE however I have not been able to make nor received calls. Was told its just a switch and shouldn't affect me. Not sure what to do here.

@Haryo  Have you changed the APN setting on your device?  
Have a read of THIS 

 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have don't the above however I still get my sim card his not provisioned
